After the order is placed there are usually 1 - 2 fittings, the customer can get a feel for the finished look of the hat and final details can be decided on.
-
Upon order a deposit is paid, usually 50% of the price of the finished hat and the balance on collection.
Jewellery Care Guide
Read our jewellery care guide for tips on maintaining the beauty and durability of your pieces.
To maintain the quality of your jewellery, it’s best practice to:
- Remove before showering, sleeping and exercising
- Keep pieces dry, free from moisture and store them in a cool, dry environment to prevent natural oxidisation
- Put them on post - application of deodrants, hairsprays, cleansers etc, as these can cause discolouration + corrosion of the metal
Cleaning Your Jewellery:
Use jewellery polishing cloths for best results - For optimal results, polish silver or gold with a jewellery polishing cloth. Avoid tissues or paper towels, as their fibres can cause scratches.
Clean Jewellery with Warm Water – If you don’t have a polishing cloth, warm water with mild soap is the safest option.

How To Store Your Jewellery:
Padding for Protection - keep each piece in an individual soft pouch or fabric-lined box to prevent tangling, scratching and chipping.
An Added Layer - Precious metals naturally oxidise and tarnish over time but to slow the process down, consider placing each piece of jewellery in an airtight bag.
Avoid Extreme Environments - From direct sunlight to high humidity, jewellery dislikes extreme conditions, so keep all unworn jewellery in a dark and dry location.
